This was an estate sale so there were additional challenges and she was a huge help every step of the process from initially providing references for people to perform various functions needed to remove the sellers belongings to coordinating with service people. She arranged appointments, met the service people at the house, coordinated cleaning and every aspect of preparing the house for sale. Then she and her partner did an amazing job of marketing and working to close the sale. They made a very difficult process as seamless as possible. They are the best I had ever worked with and in today’s market where they are extremely busy they made me feel like I was their only client.

The Military told us where we were moving in January, and we were expecting a baby in May. We really wanted to be settled in our new home by April, to prepare for the baby, and Siw helped us do just that. We only had one weekend to house hunt in February, and we were under contract by the time we left Maryland. Closing was a breeze and Siw has remained a good friend! They are very knowledgeable and when I had questions, they never made me feel foolish for asking things. They also always provided me with information that I didn't even think to ask about but definitely needed to know. They are quick to reply and easy to track down.
